A tourist, in order to obtain a visa to Burma (Myanmar), must provide the following information:
- Burma visa application form
- Point of entry (airport) to the country (Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Yangon and others).

- Provide a color photograph in electronic form 3.5×4.5 (photo size no more than 2 MB).
