1. BISCUITS OATMEAL COLORED

– Ingredients (for 15 units) –

  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 c. (tea) of baking powder
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 1 c. (coffee) of cinnamon powder
  • 150 g flakes of oatmeal
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 4 c. (soup) of cream vegetable liquid
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 strawberries
  • Cream vegetable liquid for greasing

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Turn on the oven to 180ºC and grease slightly the baking tray from the oven with cream vegetable liquid.
  2. Place in a bowl the flour, the yeast, the sugar, the cinnamon and the oats and mix. Join the zest of the lemon, the cream and vegetable liquid, and the egg and mix well until a dough moldable.
  3. Remove small portions of dough and shape small balls. Place them on the baking tray and flatten it slightly. Peel the banana and kiwi and cut them into slices. Wash and dry the strawberries and cut them in half. Arrange on top of the wafers, the banana, the strawberry and the kiwi and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve.

Tip of the chef: The egg used in this recipe was of size L, if you use other smaller, may be required 2 eggs. The biscuits are only stiff once cold.

2. CAKE OF OATS AND AN APPLE

♥ Prep time: 1 h.
♥ energy: 344 kcal
♥ traffic Light nutritional: Fat – green; Sugar – green, Salt – green

– Ingredients (for 7 servings) –

  • 3 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 160 g brown sugar
  • 3 c. (soup) of oil
  • 180 g of wheat flour
  • 1 c. (tea) full of baking powder
  • 1 c. (coffee) of cinnamon
  • 100 g of oat flakes
  • Parchment paper

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Turn on the oven to 180ºC and line a form with parchment paper. Peel and wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the pevides and the stone and cut them in small cubes.
  2. Arrange the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat for 3 minutes, add the olive oil, in wire, beating always.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and beat well, add the flaked oats and the cubes of apples and mix very well.
  4. Pour the batter into form and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Check the cooking with a toothpick, remove and let cool.
  5. Unmold, remove the paper and serve it cold and decorated to taste.

Tip from the chef: This cake will stay very moist. If you do not consume all, you can reserve it in the cold. You can substitute cinnamon for the lemon peel or mixing these two ingredients.

3. MUFFINS OATMEAL, BLUEBERRIES AND BERRIES GOJI

♥ Difficulty: Easy

– Ingredients (for 8 units) –

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 140 g of cheeses fresh
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. (soup) of sunflower oil
  • 3 c. (soup) of brown sugar
  • 200 g of oat flour
  • 1 c. (tea) baking powder
  • 1 c. (coffee) of cinnamon powder
  • 3 c. (sopa) de bajas de goji
  • 150 g of blueberries
  • Cream vegetable for greasing

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Turn on the oven to 180ºC and grease a small shapes with cream vegetable. Wash the lemon with the peel, remove the pevides and cut it into chunks.
  2. Throw them in a blender, add the fresh cheese, the eggs, oil and sugar and blend well until you obtain a creamy mixture. Remove and pour in to a bowl.
  3. Add the flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon and beat well. Join the berries of goji, blueberries and mix.
  4. Divide the mass by the forms, without filling up too much and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Check the cooking with a toothpick, remove and let rest. After you unmold and serve cold.
