PT Pyramid Workout

PT Pyramid is a workout where you train strength endurance. This exercise is a warm-up and cool-down process, making it a safe training. PT Pyramid used mainly by “special forces” in several countries such as the US Navy Seals. This training does not take much time, and you can try at home.
